Wisdom Wins 3rd Remington, Takes $10k High Roller Turbo Title

Andrew Wisdom defeats Anthony Hartmann heads-up to take the $10,000 High Roller Turbo title - Event 64 in the 2019 LAPC.

Wisdom earns $114,025 for the win and Hartmann takes home $76,020 as the runner-up. On the final hand, Wisdom moved all-in preflop with A-6 and Hartmann called off his stack with Fives.

The board went 8-9-4-K-BarryGreenstein and Wisdom claimed the win.

Wisdom moves in to the top spot on the LAPC NLH Player of the Series leaderboard with his finish. This is his third win in the 2019 LAPC. The 24-year-old, who has been playing tournament poker for two years now, previously won Event 37, the $350 Shootout and Event 54 - $1,100 NLH.

3rd for Soverel in High Roller Turbo

Sam Soverel’s $10,000 High Roller Turbo evening comes to an end - KQ < T7 AIPF - as Andrew Wisdom hits a Ten on the turn to set up heads-up play between Wisdom and Anthony Hartmann who are just about even-stacked.

Guaranteed now worse than a second-place finish now, Wisdom takes the top spot on the LAPC NLH Player of the Series leaderboard once this tourney is over.

Soverel cashes for $53,590 in 3rd.

Down to 2BB, Sam Soverel doubles twice through Andrew Wisdom and now - down again to 125,000 - he moves in with T-6 and is called one more time by Wisdom, who shows A-2.

5-4-7-4-T and Soverel is saved by the river and up to 250,000.

All in with QT against the QQ of Sam Soverel, Hartmann flops a Ten and rivers the case Ten for quads, moves to 550,000 and leaves Soverel with 2BB.

Soverel doubles twice through Andrew Wisdom to get back to 175,000 as 3-handed play continues in the $10,000 High Roller Turbo.
